1 tomato, stemmed, seeded, and chopped
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 head romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Franks Red Hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
canola oil for frying
For the Fried Chicken Tenders
four 12" wraps (I used Jalapeno cheddar, though that's up to you)
