Harissa sardines with couscous salad

Ingredients in this Recipe

1 heaped tablespoon harissa paste
100g feta cheese, crumbled
2 lemons
2 spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced
4 handfuls of rocket, washed and spun dry, to serve
8 x 60g sardines, scaled, gutted, gills removed
a few black olives, stone in, crushed and finely chopped
a few sprigs of fresh mint, leaves picked and finely sliced
for the couscous
natural yoghurt, to serve
olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
