4 cups water
6 cauliflower florettes (about 1/4 cup)
I medium potato, cut into 1/2 inch dice (about 1 cup)
Kosher salt
½ cup chopped coriander leaves and stems
½ tablespoon ghee
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
