1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 heads Bibb lettuce, leaves separated and torn into bite size pieces
3 Tbs. red wine vinegar
6 Tbs. olive oil
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
