1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 garlic cloves, minced
2 habanero chiles, stemmed and seeded
2 pork tenderloin (about 1 2 lbs. each)
2 tablespoons light brown sugar, divided
2 teaspoons allspice
2 3 scallions, sliced thinly, divided
juice from 2 lemons, divided
salt and pepper to taste
small handful cilantro, chopped
