4 scallions (white and green parts), trimmed and minced

Chopped fresh cilantro, parsley, & chives
Chopped lettuce
Chopped red onions
Chopped red, yellow, & green bell peppers
Diced Tomatoes
Freshly ground black pepper
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Kosher salt
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Sour Cream
