  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons scissor snipped fresh chives or minced red onion
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted and cooled
  • 6 to 8 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • For the Yogurt Cheese
  • Safflower or canola oil, for greasing the griddle
