Grilled WIld Salmon with Farmer's Market Vegetables

.5 cups white wine or low sodium vegetable stock
1 bunch thin asparagus, woody ends triimmed and sliced into 1 inch pieces
1 cup teardrop or grape tomatoes, rinsed
1 pound fingerling potatoes
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 lemons, 1 thinly sliced for garnish the other halved and juiced
2 sprigs rosemary
2 WIld King Salmon Filets
4 ounces fresh morel mushrooms, stems trimmed and rinsed and shaken of sand, or what mushrooms are freshest and available
4 pieces procuitto finely diced or 2 slices apple wood smoked bacon diced
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
