2 hard cooked eggs, sliced

3 slices natural bacon, cooked and cut into 1” pieces
3 tablespoons sauerkraut juice
3 tablespoons sour cream
5 6 medium chard leaves
One savory tart crust, blind baked (See note below.)
Salt and pepper, to taste
