• 1/2 cup Hazelnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract or 1 tablespoon Hazelnut flavored liqueur
• 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
• A pinch of coarse salt
