1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 cup red quinoa (or regular quinoa)
1/2 cup whole mung beans,
1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
10 12 fresh curry leaves
2 large baking potatoes
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
Juice of 1/2 lemon/lime
Salt to taste
Sesame oil (as per need)
Water as needed
