1 teaspoon grapeseed oil (or some other oil good for high heat cooking)
1.5 cups carrots, cut into 1/2" pieces
1.5 teaspoons sesame oil
2 cups white or yellow onion, cut into 1/2" pieces
2 pounds octopus (fresh or frozen), cut into 1" pieces
2 tablespoons Korean red pepper paste (gochujang)
2 tablespoons rice wine
2 teaspoons Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru)
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2.5 teaspoons brown sugar
6 cloves of garlic, minced
