1 cup Green Olive Tapenade
1 favorite pizza dough enough for one large pizza
1 large garlic clove, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 cup finely grated Pecorino Romano cheese
1/4 cup toasted almonds
2 cups cauliflower florets cut in 1/2 inch pieces, about 1/2 medium head
2 teaspoons capers
3 anchovies, drained
