2 one inch thick tuna steaks, (1 1/2 pounds)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons marjoram leaves
3 lemons
3 tablespoons capers, drained
3/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
Olive oil cooking spray
