1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey (acacia or other type)
2 tablespoons red basalmic vinegar
sprig of lavender or rosemary for garnish
sprig of rosemary
