100g Manchego cheese
150g cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
250g baby new potatoes
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
50g blanched almonds
8 eggs
ANCHOVIES
CHORIZO
a bottle of sparkling water
a chilled bottle of dry sherry
a few sprigs of fresh flat leaf parsley
a handful of black olives
a large handful of prewashed rocket,
a small bunch of fresh rosemary
a small bunch of fresh thyme
instant or quality ground coffee
olive oil
sea salt & black pepper
smoked paprika, for dusting
