Ingredients in this Recipe

  • 1 bunch Japanese turnips with their greens
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herbes de Provence
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, smashed and coarsely chopped
  • Coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil (I use the stuff that comes in 3 liter cans at Whole Foods for cooking)
