1 slice of thinly sliced prosciutto
1 tablespoon goat cheese crumbles, softened
1/2 ripe avocado
4 fresh quail eggs
a couple splashes optional hot sauce
good quality extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil ( I used a Spanish olive oil)
to taste freshly ground pepper
