1/2 cup orange marmalade

1/4 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper,
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2/3 cups water
3/4 cups panko, japanese style bread crumbs
7 ounces package shredded, sweetened coconut
cracked black pepper, about 3 cranks of the pepper mill
