1 cup julienned jicama (cut to the same size as the beans, after snapping)
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 teaspoon organic tamari (or soy sauce)
1/2 cup wasabi peas
2 tablespoons rice vinegar (I use brown rice vinegar)
2 teaspoons lime juice
3/4 cup diced organic Persian cucumbers
½ teaspoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon sesame oil (I prefer the dark, for this)
