1 bunch chard, stems removed and reserved for another purpose, leaves ripped or coarsely chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
2 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 Hakurei turnips, or 1 medium purple top, peeled, cut into large matchsticks or smallish wedges
2 tablespoons shallot, chopped
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts, optional
3 large garlic cloves, minced
handful fresh mint, chopped
salt, white and black pepper
¼ cups crumbled feta
¼ cups pomegranate seeds
¼ cups preserved lemon, chopped
½ ¾ cups cooked quinoa
¾ can organic white beans (or Great Northern), drained and rinsed
