My Hubby's Cole Slaw

Ingredients in this Recipe

1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, or 1 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped, with accumulated juices
1 heaping teaspoon of country mustard
1 small head green cabbage, finely grated, OR a bag of cole slaw mix
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 teaspoon ground pepper
2 carrots, medium sized, grated
2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
2 splashes sweet pickle juice
