400g Swiss chard, stalks
a few sprigs of fresh oregano
a small handful of raisins
black pepper
chopped, or pancetta)
good quality dry sherry
or butter beans, drained
or marjoram, leaves picked
rosemary, leaves picked
sea salt and freshly ground
Spanish extra virgin olive oil
streaky bacon, roughly
trimmed, or spinach leaves
