1 egg (whisked)
1 pound grass fed 85% lean ground beef
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup red onion (minced fine)
1/4 cup basil (minced)
1/4 cup Italian parsley (minced)
1/4 Pine nuts
3 LARGE cloves of garlic (minced fine)
about 20 oz. of your favorite tomato sauce
salt and peper to taste
