1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons of milk
3 eggs, divided
3/4 cups of flour (you might need 1 2 extra tablespoons depending on how wet your ricotta is)
Handful of chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
