1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated Milk
1 tablespoon Lemon zest
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
14 ounces Purple yam puree You can easily find purple yam in any asian or fillipino stores or they are also available in frozen sections of indian groceries stores and it is called "ratalu"
2 to 3 tablespoons Sugar
2/3 cups Cake flour I use presto
3 tablespoons water
4 whole eggs
6 tablespoons whole milk
pinches Salt
