1 tsp. chili paste, or to taste
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 lb. Chinese broccoli, trimmed and coarsely chopped
1/2 lb. dried rice stick noodles
1/2 tsp. Asian sesame oil
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 garlic cloves, minced
24 rice paper rounds, each 6 inches in diameter
3 Tbs. peanut oil
Butter lettuce leaves
Fresh mint and fresh cilantro leaves
Juice of 1/2 lime
