2 small cloves, garlic, minced
3 heaping tablespoons minced sun dried tomatoes
8 ounces assorted grape and cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary, and marjoram, just a touch of each to season the tomatoes before roasting
salt and pepper
