1/2 cup homemade or low sodium canned chicken stock, skimmed of fat
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 cloves garlic, very thinly sliced
2 heads savoy cabbage (2 pounds each)
2 scallions, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
6 three ounce salmon fillets, about 1 1/2 by 3 inches each, skin removed
