1 cup Freshly whipped cream, unsweetened
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons Chopped mint leaves
2 tablespoons Whole milk
3 Large, ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed (you want 2.5 to 3 cups)
3 tablespoons Coconut oil
3 tablespoons Sugar
Homemade cookie butter (recipe below)
Pinch of sea or kosher salt
Zest and juice of 1 lime
