2 garlic cloves, minced
2 oz. Manchego cheese, shaved
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
3 heads romaine lettuce, pale inner leaves only, torn into bite size pieces
3 pears, peeled, halved, cored and cut into thin wedges
3 Tbs. plus 1/4 cup olive oil
4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt, to taste, plus 1/4 tsp.
