2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped

3 tablespoons chorizo, mexican style, cooked off and drained
3/4 cups zucchini, shredded
4 ounces cream cheese
canola oil for greasing tins
dashes hot sauce, a few more, depending on heat level
pinches sugar
